Computer Headphone Systems
The mouse is used as a
computer peripheral and is a device held in the palm to control cursor movements on the screen, enabling information input and output. The mouse detects hand movements through mechanical, LED, or laser optical methods. It transmits the information it obtains to computers via cable, infrared, Bluetooth, or radio waves. Due to the structure of some programs running on computers, selecting menus or navigating to specific points on screens can take a long time using the arrow keys on the keyboard. Therefore, the mouse always provides an advantage to users for tasks that require speed and efficiency.
What Are CD-ROM and Floppy Disks in Computers?
Headphones are essential for computer use and are considered computer peripherals. Headphones used with computers are primarily alternatives to speakers. They are devices developed with the miniaturization of speakers, allowing audio data to be heard very closely. A CD-ROM is a flat electronic recording medium, circular in shape with spiral tracks on its surface, used for transferring information and data onto an aluminum-coated surface. A floppy disk, on the other hand, is a magnetic data storage medium used for transferring computer information, consisting of plastic disks coated with iron oxide placed inside a plastic casing. Both of these are known as computer peripherals and offer advantages in many different applications.
