Things to Consider When Buying Real Estate
It should be investigated and learned whether the plot, house, or land to be purchased belongs to the seller. You should ask the seller for the title deed and go to the land registry office to find out in whose name this real estate is registered. If the real estate is registered in the name of the person appearing as the seller, it should be learned by asking the land registry office whether there is any record (such as execution, mortgage, easement, etc.) on the property that would decrease its value, or if there is any obstacle to its transfer in the title deed. If you cannot access the title deed information, you should request a copy of the title deed from the seller that shows all existing rights and obligations on the real estate. If the real estate you are going to buy is a property with a structure such as a house or workplace, there is a construction project in the registry office or municipality. If such a situation exists, the project belonging to the real estate must be examined.
