Nightclubs and Open-Air Concerts in Marmaris

Open-air cinemas, which were common in previous years, have been revived again. Marmaris has brought cinemas and theaters to holidaymakers as part of its events. Between August 18 and September 18, Marmaris Municipality brought cinema lovers together with local legendary productions and Yeşilçam classics. The films shown on the big screen at the Amphitheater were offered to holidaymakers free of charge. Holidaymakers participated in open-air cinema events, paying attention to social distancing rules within the scope of coronavirus measures. Open-air theaters were not as active this year due to coronavirus measures. In previous years, plays like 'A Madman's Diary' starring Erdal Beşikçioğlu, Yılmaz Erdoğan's stand-up show, and children's theater performances were staged. As Marmaris is one of the regions that hosts the most tourists, its nightlife has developed accordingly. Marmaris events calendar has been organized according to the hosted tourists. The increase in these numbers has led to a more vibrant nightlife and an increase in attractive events. Around the marina, there are nightclubs with DJ performances and businesses with concepts appealing to everyone, with live music events along the marina. Marmaris also hosted artists such as Sertap Erener, Duman, and Erol Evgin this summer at open-air concerts, and holidaymakers showed great interest in these events.
